I’ve never used a better CMS for my work

What are the best aspects of this product?

A fully-customizable software that fulfills the needs of our team's workflow. Quite intuitive, easy, and straightforward to the max. We've used many CMSs to manage our office projects, but nothing this good and this functional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unlike planning, pulling reports off doesn't please me much. There are advanced features that are not easy to use, meaning we're still behind with the organization of our large projects. Some of them are completely chaotic if you ask me. Another thing to dislike is the impossibility to edit mesages after re-entering them, you have to deleat everything and to start again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We keep good track on every project, and that improves the quality of our communication with partners and clients.
