What are the best aspects of this product?
Everything is in one place from contacts, expenses, tasks, communications, files, reporting, timekeeping, integration with your accounting and file storage systems. It is a very valuable resource in my business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At this point I haven't seen any, its functionality is incredible, I am certain I won't use every single feature it has, I may only need to use 50% of its functionality and already that's incredible!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A form field for Instagram and more social networks as I manage them for other companies, or have more "Other URL" fields that you can add on the company and contacts pages.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Improved communication, reduced unnecessary calls and follow ups from my clients (if I am on the phone I am not working on the project as I work for myself). The communication is provides is completely transparent, this is what is needed to maintain a solid working relationship with your client, it's all there in black and white. If jobs are overdue, why? Do we need more staff? Have we created more work than we can handle? Alternatively, it could be a great way to show management how successful the projects are impacting their business, with full reporting you can do this.
Time recording to prove work has been done for the client. Working remotely can give the client some uncertainty as to the actual time you work on a project, but with the timer, I can time the job when I am working on it and it gives the client peace of mind. We can also provide a report to show time and determine whether a retainer contract is worthwhile for our working relationship.
Improved project management, no need for spreadsheets that can't be accessed by clients, anyone on the project can access the project for updates and contributions 24/7.
Budget management, by recording expenses, billable hours, invoices etc you're able to help the client manage their project budgets.
There are so many more benefits, I love this product and I am a REAL reviewer, I have been gushing about this product since I first found it! It has been a true value add to my business!
