What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a lot to desire about Pulseway. However, they need to improve on the language part of it. They need to develop the product in multiple languages as there are some people who would want to use it but they do not understand the English language.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With the problems we experienced in the past with our ISPs we can now monitor our local and email servers, internal networks and VPNs with ease. The downtime has been sliced to 10% and we can now respond in the shortest time possible when there is a problem and thus serve our clients in the best way. Our everyday work runs smoothly, thanks to Pulseway.
