What are the best aspects of this product?
This app can do a lot of things that really ease our work. It can accommodate the integration of third-party apps such as Hubstaff. It can detect and record locations. Monitoring site traffic and retrieval of communication transcripts are pretty straightforward.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The developers can still improve the Smile-or-Frown feature as an evaluation tool because it's not accurate in measuring the true feedback of the customers. I hope they improve it by setting up clear indicators and measurable ratings.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Several people nowadays don't like human-to-human communications, and this is resolved by Pure Chat. They no longer have to speak with a representative on the phone.
