What are the best aspects of this product?
The thing that I enjoy most about Pure Chat is its free version that has enough functionalities for our needs. Despite being free, it has a lot of options for customization when it comes to design and email. It is very easy to integrate the chat tool with our website as well because all we need to do is to copy and paste the code. I also like that we can have as many team members as we need on the platform and how easy it is to get them onboard--one email and they can already log in to the system. When it comes it its messaging features, our support team has benefited from the automated and canned replies. It is helpful too that Pure Chat keeps transcripts of conversations, which makes it easier for us to follow up with customers. More than that, the support team of Pure Chat is a gem.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There isn't much that I do not like about Pure Chat so far. Though I would like if the app lets us email our customers back on the platform. At the moment, we have to copy patrons' email addresses to our email client so that we can send them answers to their queries.

Pure Chat has assisted us in giving digital resources to our customers via our website. This is a revolutionary feature and is a suitable route for the company.
