What are the best aspects of this product?
This tool is super useful for our customer service team. I love that you can reassign the customer service representative to smoothly continue an on-going chat. It also shows relevant info about the customer, such as their previous orders, number of site visits, and contact info. This stuff can really help us in pursuing leads.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't like that it automatically signs you off after a few hours of being inactive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The app made our team more efficient in dealing with customers since we can easily delegate a staff to attend to customers. It also helped us find and pursue new leads.
