What are the best aspects of this product?

The Live Chat is one of the best feature that’s included to our site. We are able to reduce time on email inquires and phone call, we can sellect canned respones and keep in touch with our customers. Also, the emojic included in the chat are great and fun, it makes the whole interaction friendly and warm. It provides us with georgraphic information about our visitors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some bugs, sometimes the chat wouldn’t open.

It helps us to reduce emails and phone calls so we can be more focused on providing live customer service. We can help our customers in less time and continue working on other tasks and launching campaigns.
