What are the best aspects of this product?

Pure chat is not simple chat solution, it’s more than that! Within the software you can find lot of features that are perfect for recruiting that make the whole workflow simple and fun. I like the location box because it provides us with the information about the location of our visitors. When our visitors register their name is auto-populat and we are able to see which device they are using. Also, I like the emojis within the chat, they give special emotion and environment while engaging our customers, we are getting closer on higher level.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can’t think of something that I might dislike about it.

It helps me to be more open to my customer and to answer their questions in less than no time.
