What are the best aspects of this product?

We are able to keep an interaction with our customers, to add another operator if needed and provide great service to our customers. We are able to track their location and what page they are looking at the moment. We get automatic email notification for each conversation so we can keep track of the whole conversation with our customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no option to attach photo or document to a chat. Also, I’d like to “tag” a conversation for future references when someone is interested in specific product. So I hope they could add these two options, otherwise, we will look for other product similar to this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to engage our customers in real time and to provide them with answers and service. We don’t have to use emails or phone calls in order to reach our customers. Also, we can use records of the conversation in order to analyze it and figure out our customers’ needs.
