What are the best aspects of this product?

One of Pure Chat’s major selling points is that it is easy to set-up, and even easier to use. In its control panel, you get everything you need to manipulate the chatbox. It’s simple and it gets that job done—what more does one need?

So far, Pure Chat has worked perfectly fine on my end.

With Pure Chat, we can humanize our brand better by having a conversation with our clients. Because our team of chat support can easily answer questions from clients, this has driven our sales up a bit too.
