What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most is the fact that I can engage my web site visitors with few clicks. The product is straightforward and simple with intuitive and clean design. It doesn’t require too much training. It allows you to keep track of geographical locations of the prospects on your site and which page or link lead them to your site.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to pull in even more information about site visitors like their email addresses so we can create even better relationship with them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it to engage our customer and visitors, we are able to answer their questions and start initial conversation with them. We are able to convert visitors into leads and customers. Also, we are able to keep track of our site traffic as soon as we launch the campaigns.
