What are the best aspects of this product?
Pure Chat is easy to use and set up on your website. As soon as you install it you can use it right away and add some customizations. I like the mobile app. Because we are small team no one waits for the chat. Our members can use the desktop app in order to provide best service to our customers. I use its iPhone app and it is great because it gives me notification when there is chat request, and the quality of the chats are great.

They could make the billing more flexible.

We want to provide best service to our customers and the live chat helps us to interact with our clients in real time. We reduce the phone call and we use often the live chat.
