What are the best aspects of this product?

This is one of the most affordable solutions I have ever worked with. It allows us to track our visitors and those we are having conversation with. In addition, we are able to block IP addresses. The navigation for admin is easy and straightforward process. Also, it has great personal chat widget which is useful when someone wants to talk in private. The customer support is great and they helped us to increase our interaction for more than 60%.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would like to see with whom we are chatting, currently, we are able to see the country location.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to get in touch with our customers in real time and we don’t have to use emails in order to reach them. Also, we managed to increase the traffic on our website and to save lot of money.
