What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the customized personal chats. With this product we can easily get in touch with our customers and receive their feedback about the service we provide. The other good thing is that the client is able to print, email and download the whole conversation when it’s over. Also, we can record the past transcripts and view the reports on chats.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We cannot edit the sent items. Also, there is no way to send our questionnaires to our clients so can get better feedback. Furthermore, there are no options for sending picture or screenshot to the client via chat, and there is no option to edit the font or color of text when typing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to provide different ways to get in touch with the customers. We managed to reduce the usage of email and phone call support and to provide live service to our customers.
