What are the best aspects of this product?
I absolutely love the option of setting up recurring payments on a monthly basis. This gives me so much convenience because I no longer have to worry about missing my payments. I have the option to access this program on my phone or my desktop too. I am really impressed with what this software has to offer.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
First of all, I really hate caged responses from support teams. Pushpay’s reps still need to be trained in so many areas. They haven’t been very helpful at all. Instead, they just give me templated answers. Whenever the pricing changes, users don’t get informed right away too. A lot still has to be done internally, I think.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Pushpay allows me to send money with ease--be it to my church, to another small business owner, or to other individuals. It has really smooth processes that let me rest in the knowledge that my money is on its way to the people I meant to send it too. I find this app really trustworthy.
