What are the best aspects of this product?
The main benefit that Pushpay really sells is the ease of sending donations for its users. I regularly donate to my ministry, however, I don’t like carrying larger sums of money at a time too. This is why I end up giving just up to $50 in church. But with Pushpay, I can now send more. Even better, I can even indicate which initiative or project in church my money should go to.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As with all app installations, I really am averse to the idea of having to set up my account--linking my email address and my bank details. I guess this has more to do with me than the app itself.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’ve been able to transact more efficiently. Now, I no longer miss giving donations to my ministry. This has been such a beneficial tool to me and my church.
