PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This really takes the bulk of donation processing from our admin team. With Pushpay, we’ve been able to easily accept and keep tabs on donations and gifts that are sent to our ministry. We’ve also had really good feedback from the community itself. The support team has been really helpful since day 1 as well. They’ve helped us set up our accounts and continue to help us whenever we run into any issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For one, using this app can be quite costly. We really took our time to weigh our options and consider if we could afford this tool. Also, while the support team is really helpful, they do take quite some time to respond to our questions. Some of the helpdesk tickets that we have filed have yet to be addressed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pushpay works smoothly with some of our other church software. This has been helpful in keeping records of the donations that our members have sent it. And speaking of sending donations, Pushpay has contributed to a really easy flow of donations without us having to actively do anything to process them.
