What are the best aspects of this product?

We needed an app that was uncomplicated and simple so that our church members would have no problem in using it. We found that Pushpay responds best to this requirement of ours. It’s really easy to set-up and even easier to use for giving.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As long as you know exactly what you need from the app and the specifics of how you want it to perform, then there shouldn’t be any problem. However, the setup can take quite some time if you yourself don’t know what areas you need the app to work on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been relying on this app to receive and give payments to our church. I really like how the processing is almost done in real-time. The longest we’ve had to wait for a donation to go through was no more than a minute. This is how fast processing with Pushpay is.
