What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve successfully welcomed our church community into the tech-century by introducing our members to this app. So far, we’ve had really positive feedback about it. Sending gifts and donations are now much easier and can be reflected in our accounts in just a matter of seconds.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One would need to invest in this app to fully utilize it. I don’t like that there are extra fees on top of the registration requirements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With PushPay, members of our church have been able to send payment and donations to us in just a simple click of a button. We also run a software to act as an admin for our church, and it’s great that these two work seamlessly together. On top of all this, we’ve also been more timely in our responses to donations to our accounts. We also get prompted whenever a gift card gets rejected by the system.
