What are the best aspects of this product?
QGIS has a lot of great features for spatial data analysis and raster and vector mapping. Resources on how to utilize each of these features are also widely available on the Internet.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Using QGIS has been a trouble-free experience for me so far. If there is anything, its many features could be quite overwhelming at first. Its interface could be improved for it to be more user-friendly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use QGIS for geospatial analysis. This software is 100% free and performs as well as other GIS applications.
