What are the best aspects of this product?

QGIS is perfect for people who are new to exploring GIS applications. It is well-designed and has all the advanced features of other applications. It also comes with a whole community that will help you learn how to fully navigate it and maximize its usability. Tutorials and forums are available at your disposal as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had a minor issue concerning the system language. I specifically had trouble trying to work with words that are in French. This issue might also be a concern for people who will need or prefer to use languages other than English.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We successfully mapped our sales territories with QGIS even only with few data available in certain areas.
