We sometimes encounter errors when performing advanced tasks with this software. Improvements could be made on its GUI. Documentation should also be made available on all its plugins.

QGIS is a user-friendly software that has been available on the market for some time now. We use it mainly for data analysis and visualization. It would be better if layers could be more easily aligned in this software and if active layers will be more focused and visible. The software as it is today comes with a wide range of plugins and is highly usable.
