PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Qobrix is extremely flexible and allows our IT team to implement business logic in record time. Every aspect of the application can be customised and the Vendor is constantly adding new functionality and features. However, the source code is also shipped with the product and this has allowed our in-house Developers to deliver exactly what we need from the platform, with expert guidance and support from the Vendor.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customisation is easy, but to realise the application's true potential it helps to have an in-house PHP Developer, (although the Vendor also provides very reasonably priced custom development on request).

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

An advanced workflow engine that can be managed by the platform administrator, (without the need for assistance from the development team), but we are reliably informed this is on the Vendor's roadmap for delivery in the near future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We scoured the CRM market for six months looking for a suitable platform for our Forex CRM. We reviewed multiple bespoke solutions and only Qobrix offered us the flexibility and customisability we need to allow us to continuously improve our service and remain competitive in the constantly evolving FX industry.
