Pros:
The CRM provides complete property management. It handles images, specifications, distances, maps, and amenities effortlessly. It also integrates directly with our website to display our properties thus reducing our administration.

Cons:
We would like to see if it can provide for ticketing as well. We understand this is a roadmap item.

Pros:
Ease of use and option to customize based on your specific need. On line trading and being in an industry which is closely monitored and regulated means that you have strict rules, policies and procedures to follow as far as customers and funds received. Having a customizable CRM means that you can adopt all new regulatory directives adopted

Cons:
deliverables of new custom solutions applied. I understand that this is not always an easy task
