What are the best aspects of this product?
Qobrix software has benefited our business in several ways in terms of improving efficiencies and pipeline management. Some of the best aspects of the product are its Projects module which enables us to group properties into projects, for e.g., investment opportunities, e-auction properties, etc.; and the Portal integration with Spitogatos and XE allowing us to publish and unpublish properties quickly and easily. We also use Qobrix as a very intuitive CMS to keep our website, which they designed updated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The integration with our existing business processes took a little longer than the initial prediction, due to our extensive property portfolio.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
An updated version with more add-ons like reporting tools, map integrations etc.

Qobrix made managing our extensive property portfolio incredibly simple. It’s definitely been designed to accommodate the needs of our industry, and is customizable to the particular needs of our business.
