PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The level of customization, starting from the questions and answer options all the way through the targeting criteria (so many of them!) to the logo and color schemes (so that it appears like a natural part of my website instead of sticking out like a sore thumb) was great. And once I started getting the results from Sentiment Analysis, it seemed like “why hadn’t I done this before?”

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The logic branching process could be better. I didn’t face any problems with straightforward surveys, but had to shift questions around to make the logic branching work to my liking. Perhaps it needs a more visual way of rearranging if/then type questions.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to have the ability to create entire forms for getting feedback from off-site customers, so basically I would like to export my survey so that I can email them. Or better still, have an option to send the survey to a mailing list that I have created.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Customers used to shy away from filling out the “Contact Us” form even when prompted, and responses to the emails either took very long or didn’t get a response at all. With Qualaroo’s Nudges, the response rates became quite high, especially because many of our returning customers thought it was kind of a better, fun way to share their thoughts with us in a little box.
