PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Getting customer feedback is ridiculously easy now. Setting up a survey takes no time at all, and the fact that we can target users based on their behavior? Big win. No more guessing what’s working—we get real-time insights straight from our users. Plus, the pricing is super flexible. And it’s scalable (wow!)

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Would be nice to have a downloadable or on-premise version, especially for in-house work. Also, a dark mode would be great—staring at a bright screen all day can be tiring.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I’d love more integration options, especially with CRM tools. Being able to sync survey data directly into our customer database would make it even more powerful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before Qualaroo, we were pretty much just taking wild guesses about why customers were leaving our site. Now, we can actually ask them (without those obnoxious pop-ups or never-ending forms). It’s made a huge difference in how we fine-tune our landing pages and checkout flow, and definitely there are more conversions because of it.
