What are the best aspects of this product?
Qualaroo is so simple and that’s what I appreciate the most. I don’t need to be a data expert to set up surveys or interpret results. The nudges feel natural and they don’t disrupt the user experience. Total game changer. The pricing is also flexible (great for us as we don’t always need the same number of responses every month). Reports are also clear and to the point.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do wish there was a dedicated account manager for the free plan. Sometimes, I just have a quick question and would love to get help without having to dig through support docs.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More automation would be helpful, like automatically sending survey data to our CRM or marketing tools. Also, a bit more customization for survey design would be nice.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to send out feedback forms through email and barely got responses. Now, with qualaroo’s real-time surveys, we get way more engagement and way better insights. It’s helped us figure out where users are dropping off and improve our website experience.
