What are the best aspects of this product?
Qualaroo has tons of different surveying options, and you can collect feedback of any kind. The Nudges also work great in improving the survey experience by not interrupting visitors’ journey as pop-ups do. Also, the feedback data is analyzed in real-time, which makes the overall process much quicker and more seamless.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would really like to see more placement options for Nudge. Also, the sentiment analysis chart could be slightly improved to track CSAT scores and mood metrics.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The pricing model could be made a little better, or the sentiment analysis system can be provided as standard in one of the plans instead of an additional upgrade.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Qualaroo for my website to determine where my visitors are coming from and what they think of the website to improve the overall value proposition and conversion rates. The built-in analytics system has proven to be great because it automatically sums up customer sentiments and highlights important areas of focus.
