Great level of customizations and diversity

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are tons of customization options that Qualaroo gives with its survey builder, and there is a huge scope for creating a diverse set of questionnaires with the help of multiple question types that it has to offer.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing that I found to be a problem. Everything works as intended.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There can always be more question types added to the tool to make things even better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Qualaroo to gauge the post-purchase behavior of our customers. By customizing our surveys with skip-logic and images, we have been able to improve engagement, resulting in better response rates.
