What are the best aspects of this product?

It is one of those survey tools that go beyond survey collection. Embedding survey links in emails is very easy, and it helps you collect feedback from your employees all at once. Also, email surveys are great for collecting feedback about employee morale and overall satisfaction.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There could have been more options to export the survey data for added flexibility.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like to see some templates specific to employee satisfaction surveys to save us from creating every survey from scratch.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The HR department of our company has been using Qualaroo to gauge employee satisfaction and morale by conducting employee surveys every three months.
