What are the best aspects of this product?
The best part about qualaroo is that it doesn’t feel like a hassle (for us or for our users). Easy to set up, the surveys are subtle, and we get meaningful responses. The fact that we can adjust the pricing based on response volume is also a big plus. We don’t have to pay for more than we need (so budget-friendly).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Maybe a dark mode for the interface would be nice. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I’d find it easier on the eyes during late-night work sessions.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More integrations with business tools, especially analytics and CRM platforms. Right now, we have to manually export some data, and automating that would be a big time-saver.

We used to rely on assumptions about customer behavior. Now, we actually know why people are bouncing from certain pages, and we’ve made small changes that have led to massive improvements.
