What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the best features of Qualaroo is that you can easily embed these surveys into your mobile app in the form of Nudges. My team and I use Qualaroo regularly, specifically in the prototyping/testing phase, because it helps us identify and work on problems that need fixing. Overall, it's a great tool for making data-driven decisions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting system is not exactly very detailed, so scanning through specific insights can be a little time-consuming.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Conducting surveys is great through Qualaroo, but there is no option to respond to the survey responses, which could be added.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been using Qualaroo to conduct surveys in-app during the development stage to collect insights from real users about problems in our mobile app. Using the data, we have been able to refine our application a lot, and users are also quite satisfied with what we have built.
