What are the best aspects of this product?
The thing I like most about Qualaroo is that it is really easy to use, even for the people who are not the most tech-savvy. It’s got a well-built interface, and everything is clearly laid out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the integrations can be a little tricky to work with, but overall nothing deal breaking.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Qualaroo surveys are very pleasing to look at, but it would be great to see some more color schemes to customize the nudges and new UI designs for a change.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Qualaroo to conduct market research for my business, And it is really easy to spot the trends and patterns in the feedback because the tool automatically does everything for you.
