Targeting modes are very precise and niche

What are the best aspects of this product?

We need to collect survey data relevant to the product issues we're trying to solve from the people who matter, which is why I like the advanced targeting options in Qualaroo. The fact that you can target users by their identity, geographic locations, API, and whitelist/blacklist just makes data collection extremely precise and contextual.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The dashboard could use some improvements because it doesn’t give out enough information to work with.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I like pairing targeted surveys with branching rules, but I would like to see some more refinement in branching logic

I have been using Qualaroo for conducting market research and writing detailed reports on consumer behavior and market trends that respective teams in my organization can use. Precise data collected from Qualaroo through targeting helps me build reliable and accurate reports.
