What are the best aspects of this product?

It is convenient to launch popup surveys that target specific demographics and behaviors without cluttering the website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Qualaroo may bring in more variety in terms of the NPS templates for popup surveys.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There could be more color palettes and customization options in the free version for us to experiment with the survey’s visual appearance.

We believe in getting actionable customer feedback. But, we were failing to ask for it without appearing intrusive. Qualaroo’s short popup surveys helped us ask our website visitors the right questions at the perfect moment, giving them enough time to trust us. With this tool’s advanced targeting options, we were enabled to follow the user’s natural path on the website based on their behavior patterns, specific actions, and other factors.
