What are the best aspects of this product?
Qualaroo offers multi-channel surveys that make gathering feedback really easy. I like that these surveys can be integrated anywhere, even on a mobile app, to help you gain contextual insights when testing new product updates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reporting section should have more filters so that you can easily extract the information you are looking for.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see more refinement in the reporting section so that extracting the data is easier. Also, the dashboard could be given a little more functionality to control different elements of the page from one single place.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My team and I use Qualaroo to collect in-app feedback during the development and testing phase of our mobile application. Not just that, but the multi-channel surveys also let us get a lot of actionable insights from users outside the app to make our products better..
