What are the best aspects of this product?
Whenever I faced an issue, regardless of time, there's always someone from support who always helps out. They give answers to anyone no matter how much time it would take to dig into the matter. If an agent can't seem to find answer to a question, they'll take their time to go deeper and send out videos on how they can resolve their problems.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I feel the basic features of text analysis aren't as sufficient as we'd like them to be. If the Qualtrics Text iQ is missing, the software itself won't be as robust in text analysis. Stats iQ happens to be one of the best features. Unfortunately, this feature came from another company that was bought by Qualtrics. That means it's not completely integrated with the software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're functioning as a consulting cabinet. We offer market-based studies to all our clients. It's the main reason why we use Qualtrics. The software remains to be highly value in our day-to-day tasks.
