What are the best aspects of this product?
Its training videos has made self-teaching simpler. Great chat box and phone call support. Whenever we're putting up a new theme, the theme customer service is always reponsive and interactive. This makes the entire process stress-free.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There were a couple aspects that bothered me a lot. If you happen to insert the "logic" part in the form, you wouldn't be able to get a Back Button from the current page itself. Next, I found it puzzling to come up with a new theme and know what steps are needed. It took a bit of time, but when I figured it all out, it's all good.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're making use of it in building internal surveys and registration forms. We teamed up with researchers and made use of this to come up with protocols for research. From what I can tell, it works wonderfully for them. So no quibs with that.
