What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how simple it is to connect and bring out any concerns to their support team. I find the team to be well-versed with the system. They're able to build a positive approach in troubleshooting or resolving any problems raised.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm from the Philippines. I need to take calls from different numbers from different countries. The thing that I find annoying is that there's no screen sharing for me to work with. Nevertheless, the tech team are skilled enough to explain to clients about the software and fixes available for every concerned raised.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Survey accessiblity may have been the issue before especially when respondents taking the survey experienced problems. Now, everything is easy since issues with the survey can be resolved. Scoring in the metadata can also be corrected whenever survey scores are read.
