What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really like with Qualtrics is that it allows you to ask just about any question that one wants. It lets you do that regardless of form. In return, you get both qualitative and quantitative data for easy analysis. That makes it all the more convenient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The thing that I don't like with the platform is that it's hard to learn to use it in an efficient manner. The reason for this is because it's a highly complex system. Qualtrics can do plenty, but it'll take some time before you can fully grasp its functions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Right now, I'm operating on four teams. Those teams are responsible for finishing market research for various clients all over the country. Surveys done through Qualtrics is just one approach to gather and record data from competitors and potential consumers.
