A simple tool for sending out surveys.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to download information in CSV format is a good thing since the information can easily be analyzed. Questions that I wanted to ask and answers I was looking for can now all be laid out in one survey. Qualtics makes it possible to manipulate the answer format.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The individual taking the survey can easily be tracked through the listed IP address. This is never a good thing for security reasons. In addition, Qualtrics won't show the complete name of the survey if it so happens the name is a little too long.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I now have the ability to model my employees' readiness level through this platform. A big upside of data analysis functionality is that it plays an important role in my work. Responses I'm getting from surveys are organized in the downloaded format.
