What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how user-friendly their product is. Getting things started is really fast. You can come up with professional looking surveys with plenty of functionality for advanced surveying. I've been making use of this product for the past several years now. I've even trained other people in using this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Even though the site itself is user-friendly, the functionality involving image uploads could use some tweaks in the area of previews. I just wish the preview would have a realistic image and would show a true-to-size picture so it can be used for surveying. You'll only get a sense of what the image may look like after vewing the drafted survey.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It resolved a lot of things. The survey was able to gain information on the engagement of customers, assessments needs, and improved training. Data that was being comprehensively analyzed were understandable and transparent.
