What are the best aspects of this product?
Qualtrics has a wonderful support team that helps me each time I encounter issues. More than that, the software has streamlined our survey-making process, from simple to complex ones.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
HTML emails sent from Qualtrics do not display properly on the recipient's end. Aside from that, it costs a lot to access more powerful methodologies that may not even support the configurations you want.

We can conduct surveys on any topic and data reporting comes handy.
