What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that you can easily calibrate patterns and set up the questions in surveys. Plus, Qualtrics allows survey participants to answer on their smartphones too—making it likely for them to take the survey because of how convenient it is. Typically, it would be hard for you to manually transfer all your data into excel sheets, but Qualtrics readily takes care of this for you. Not to mention, it does so in an organized manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Qualtrics takes care of transferring data for you into another analytics tool. However, it leaves you with the task of renaming every ech one of your variables. This can take quite some time and I wish there was a workaround for this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to successfully collect information for our researches, plus accurately evaluate just how useful our education programs are.
