What are the best aspects of this product?
Gone are the days when we’d hand out surveys to participants and hope that they take the time to answer each question. Now, thanks to Qualtrics, we can offer the participants convenience (by allowing them to simply take surveys online). On the other hand, it gives us the ease in collecting data and in organizing the answers to easily conclude.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find it almost impossible to correct portions of my survey once it has been sent out. I hope Qualtrics would make this easier on our part.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has been so much easier to conduct surveys now. The creation of the surveys is easy, and results can be derived with ease too. I conduct my researches mostly in the medical field where everyone seems to always be in a hurry. Taking surveys is already seen as nuance, and so it helps that Qualtrics allows me to design simple and straightforward surveys.
