My experience as a novice user of the software

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have a large team so it is advantageous that the software has collaborative capabilities. As such, we can work together seamlessly and answer questions as they come.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface is not the best at times. For example, clicking on the logo does not take me to the home page. Instead, it sends me to a survey that is in progress.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software enables me to come up with questions speedily while letting you preview a survey and how it will render in a mobile phone. Apart from that, it has been advantageous in distributing forms to students.
