What are the best aspects of this product?

Whenever I faced a major issue with the service, an agent by the name of Victoria K has been a big help. She made me feel like an important customer. She took care of my concerns within a matter of minutes. These same concerns was what our campus team had to deal with the past several months. I'm very happy with the help that she offered me and my supervisor.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel the user interface is good. But from a person who just migrated from another system, it would be great to have some kind of training on the software. I thought the software in itself was intuitive. So having some training would be great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having survey data from our current student employees. We finally had the ability to extact large amounts of data. The students back then had to struggle remembering to check their emails and reading them completely. So, scanning through the completed percentage can help us figure out who read and opened the links we sent.
