This survey tool works great and is really simple to use.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find really easy. Its copy and paste feature is nothing short of amazing. Ito does its magic even when I have garbage and coming from Microsoft Word. It's easy to take away or add questions. I find the user interface to be visually appealing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While it's not that hard to put an attractive reporting approach, it can take a bit of time. I feel the report parts need to be more flashy. At the same time, I wnat to make sure I'm not in it to do a ton of useless work for the long term.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm making use of the platform to carry out internal surveys. It's mostly for events. I'm also using it to determine the quality of our communications efforts. Using it is a breeze. Executing it is so much simpler. I don't have to put a lot of work hours just to get a mobile-ready and clean survey.
