What are the best aspects of this product?

It allowed us to create in-depth surveys. It has different question types that you can choose from and it offers a variety of reporting options.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up surveys can take some time. I also noticed that the surveys can be manipulated in a certain direction.

It allowed us to get insights from our customers. The surveys we make here look professional too, convincing customers to answer the surveys.
